Can caffeine make your hair fall out?

Experiencing more hair fall than usual lately, which is quite concerning for me. I also consume a lot of caffeine daily through coffee and energy drinks. My friend jokingly suggested it might be the coffee. Is there any truth to caffeine causing hair loss?

Before you spend thousands on expensive anti-hairfall shampoos or clinic treatments, just look at your daily habits. Too much coffee can affect your iron absorption and sleep, which indirectly causes hair loss. Get a basic iron and vitamin test done first, it is much cheaper and more practical.

Haan na, even I heard this somewhere and got so scared because I drink three cups of chai daily. But actually, moderate caffeine doesn't directly cause hair fall. It's usually the stress or bad diet we have along with it, ho na?

I use caffeine as a pre-workout and my hair is doing totally fine. Hair fall is usually about your overall protein intake, biotin levels, and blood circulation. Make sure you are eating enough eggs or dal, and do some basic physical activity daily.

I recently had massive hair fall and realized it was because my heavy coffee habit was replacing my actual breakfast, leading to severe nutritional deficiency. Once I started eating proper meals and reduced my coffee, my hair fall stopped. Don't skip meals for caffeine.

I always believe in applying a little warm coconut oil with curry leaves for hair health. Caffeine in normal amounts shouldn't cause hair fall, but if your hair is coming out in big clumps, please go see a dermatologist rather than trying home remedies.

I went through a phase where I blamed my espresso habit for my receding hairline and panicked completely. After doing some research, I found out normal caffeine doesn't do this; it was just seasonal shedding and work stress. Rest assured, your coffee is fine.

I totally get it, seeing your hair fall out can be so stressful and makes you question everything you eat or drink. Don't worry, your normal cup of tea or coffee is likely not the culprit. Just try to eat nutritious meals and stay relaxed.
