Can caffeine cause stroke like symptoms?

Sometimes after having a lot of caffeine, I feel lightheaded, my hands tremble slightly, and my speech feels a bit off for a moment. It scares me because it feels like stroke symptoms. Can too much caffeine really cause such effects?

Honestly, I don't want to say anything for sure because health can be so tricky. I have PCOS and sometimes my body reacts weirdly to high caffeine, giving me crazy jitters and a racing heart. But if you are actually feeling stroke-like symptoms, please don't wait around and consult a doctor right away.

Hey! Too much coffee can definitely make your heart race and make your hands super shaky, which can be very scary. ☕️ But real stroke symptoms like numbness or slurred speech are different. Just stay calm, drink some water, and definitely go see a doctor to be totally safe! 👍

It can be really frightening when your body feels out of control like that. Sometimes excessive coffee just causes extreme anxiety and shakiness. Please rest for a bit, but if the feeling doesn't go away, do visit a hospital immediately.

I was actually reading about this yesterday because I felt so dizzy after three cups of black coffee. Apparently, heavy caffeine can mimic panic attacks which feel super physical and scary. Still, please go to a clinic to get it checked out because real stroke symptoms are a major red flag.

Please do not make the mistake I did by ignoring weird physical symptoms, thinking it's just 'too much tea' or tiredness. I ended up in the hospital because I delayed my treatment. If you are having anything like weakness, numbness, or difficulty speaking, go to the emergency room right now.

Look, if you are having numbness or balance issues, don't ignore it to save money. Yes, hospital visits and emergency consults can cost a bit of money, but it is better to get a proper checkup now than face huge expenses later. Get a basic check done at a decent local clinic first.
