Can bleaching cause hair loss?

I recently got my hair bleached for the first time, and I've noticed a lot more hair fall than usual when I comb it. Is it possible that the bleaching process is causing my hair to fall out? I'm quite worried about this.

My doctor always tells me that external chemical stress like bleaching can damage hair roots, but internal stress like high BP and poor circulation also ruins hair health. Make sure you get your regular body checkups done too, because chemical damage is only half the story.

Hey, don't panic too much. Bleaching doesn't usually cause permanent balding from the roots, but it heavily damages the hair shaft, making it dry and prone to breaking off. Give your hair a break, avoid heating tools, and pamper it with some deep conditioning for a few weeks.

Boss, bleach is pure chemicals, obviously it will fry your hair if not done right. It causes severe breakage which looks like hair fall, but actually your roots might still be safe. Stop doing chemical treatments for some time and let your natural hair grow back.

Haan beta, these modern chemical things are very harsh for our delicate hair. My daughter bleached her hair and it started breaking like grass. I told her to apply simple homemade mustard oil or coconut oil gently, it really helps to soften the dry scalp.

It definitely causes hair breakage because bleach strips the natural moisture. Instead of buying expensive salon hair spas to fix it, just use basic coconut oil overnight and wash with a mild baby shampoo. Keep it simple and let the hair heal naturally.
