Can a diabetic fast for 24 hours?

We have religious fasting traditions where we sometimes fast for a full day. I'm diabetic now, and I'm not sure if it's safe for me to go without food for 24 hours. Should I avoid it completely?

Haan, fasting for 24 hours can be very risky for sugar patients, na. Hypoglycemia, matlab sugar level sudden drop hona, bohot dangerous ho sakta hai. Bina doctor se pooche bilkul mat karna, health ka mamla hai.

Dekho, seedhi baat hai. 24 hours fasting is not safe if you are on diabetic medications. Your sugar can drop dangerously low, and that can cause dizziness or fainting. Always consult your doctor before planning any fast.

I can barely survive 6 hours without snacking, especially with my chaotic sleep schedule! A 24-hour fast sounds like a nightmare, and honestly, with diabetes, it can cause your sugar to crash dangerously. Please don't try this without serious medical advice.

As a mother, I have to manage my son's sugar levels very carefully, and we never allow him to skip meals. Fasting for 24 hours can cause dangerous fluctuations. Please protect your health and check with your physician before doing anything like this.

I tried fasting for a day once and my sugar levels crashed so badly I felt super dizzy and weak. It's honestly not worth the risk if you have diabetes. If you want to try fasting, talk to your doc first so they can adjust your meds.
