Can a chiropractor help with knee pain?

My knee pain has gotten worse lately, especially going up and down stairs. I've tried physio, but it's still there. I've heard some people get relief from chiropractors for knee issues, is that true?

Beta, the knee is a very delicate joint. Before letting anyone pull or twist it, try massaging it gently with warm sesame oil and doing simple leg extensions while sitting on a chair. Always consult a proper bone doctor first.

A chiropractor might help with pelvic alignment to ease pressure on your knees, but don't forget nutrition. Eating calcium-rich dairy, drinking turmeric milk, and reducing inflammatory foods are very important for joint lubrication. Proceed with caution.

I have been having this dull ache in my left knee for weeks and I am so scared to try anything aggressive. Has anyone actually tried a chiropractor for knee pain, and did it make it worse? I really want to know if it is safe.

I had some knee pain from running last year, and actually, my physiotherapist helped me much more than a chiropractor could. They taught me how to strengthen my thighs, which naturally took the load off my knees. Try that approach first!

My son had severe knee pain from football, and we considered a chiropractor, but our pediatrician advised against it. We took him to a specialized sports physiotherapist instead, and with proper exercises, his knee is completely fine now.
