Can a 21 day progesterone test show pregnancy?

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a few months now. My doctor asked me to do a Day 21 progesterone test. I wanted to know if this test can actually tell if I am pregnant or not.

Managing health requires a calm lifestyle and timely doctor checkups, just like I do to keep my high blood pressure under control. For pregnancy confirmation, relying on ovulation tests can cause unnecessary stress. It is best to consult your gynecologist and get a proper beta-HCG blood test done.

Keep your mind calm and peaceful, as stress can affect your body's natural balance. A day 21 progesterone test is mainly used to check if you have ovulated, rather than confirming a pregnancy. Trust your body, stay positive, and do a regular home pregnancy test when the time is right.

Hey, don't stress too much about the numbers right now! The day 21 test is mostly just to see if your body released an egg this cycle, not to check for a baby. Take a deep breath, wait a few more days, and then do a regular home pregnancy test. Sending you lots of good vibes!

Actually yaar, day 21 progesterone test toh bas check karta hai ki ovulation hua hai ki nahi. It doesn't confirm pregnancy directly. For that, you should wait for your missed period and do a proper urine card test, or go for a beta-HCG test.

Actually, I am quite new to these fertility tests and a bit confused. Does a high level of progesterone on day 21 always mean ovulation happened, or can it sometimes indicate early pregnancy too? I would love to know if anyone else has gone through this.
