Are there any home remedies for eczema?

My daughter has been suffering from eczema patches for a while now, and we're looking for gentle solutions. Are there any effective home remedies that people have tried for eczema that could provide some relief?

I use a skin tracker app to log my eczema flare-ups, and I noticed they happen more when the air is dry. Applying cold-pressed virgin coconut oil immediately after a shower helps lock in moisture. Tracking your daily water intake on an app also helps keep skin hydrated from within.

Applying colloidal oatmeal paste or cold-pressed coconut oil can really help soothe the intense eczema itching.

Haan yaar, eczema can be super irritating, especially in changing weather, na? Just make sure you don't use harsh chemical soaps and apply a thick moisturizer or coconut oil daily ghar pe. Par agar itching bahut zyada badh jaye, toh skin specialist doctor ko zaroor dikhana.

In our village, we always use pure mustard oil or neem leaves water for any skin itching. You can boil neem leaves in water, let it cool down, and wash the eczema area with it gently. It helps soothe the burning very nicely, son.

Oh, I feel your pain, eczema is so frustrating and itchy! What really worked for me was taking lukewarm water baths instead of hot water, and applying pure aloe vera gel straight from the plant. Also, avoid scented soaps entirely as they trigger flares instantly.
