Are sunflower seeds good for weight loss?

Trying to cut down on unhealthy snacking, and someone suggested eating sunflower seeds. I know they have healthy fats. Are they actually beneficial for weight loss, or should I be careful with the quantity?

Yeah, they are actually pretty good because they keep you full for a long time. I munch on a small handful during study sessions instead of chips. Just don't eat too many because they have a lot of calories.

I used to panic about the high fat content in these seeds and stopped eating them. But my nutritionist reassured me that these are healthy fats that actually help with weight loss by keeping you satiated. Just a small spoonful daily is perfect.

Eating a few unsalted sunflower seeds is a great natural way to curb your appetite. They are rich in fiber and good for health. However, if your weight gain is sudden or accompanied by other issues, please consult a doctor for a proper checkup.

I recently lost about 5 kgs and sunflower seeds were a big part of my snack routine. They are very filling and stopped me from craving junk food in the evening. Just make sure to buy the unsalted, raw ones.
