Are eggs good for pregnancy?

I'm in my second trimester and constantly worried about eating the right things for my baby's development. My mother-in-law says eggs are a must, but I've read some mixed opinions online. Are eggs truly good for pregnancy, or should I limit them?

Eggs are fine, but pregnancy me safe side rehna is best. Please make sure they are completely cooked and never raw or half-boiled to avoid any infections. Always ask your gynac once before adding anything new to your daily diet, just for safety.

My wife had eggs almost every day during her pregnancy and it was completely fine. Our doctor told us to avoid half-boiled eggs though, only fully hard-boiled. Great source of protein, just cook them thoroughly.

Eggs are actually great because they don't spike your sugar levels, which is super important if you're watching out for gestational diabetes. Just don't fry them in too much butter or oil. Keep it simple and boiled.

They are literally one of the best sources of clean protein and healthy fats. Just ensure they are hard-boiled so you get all the nutrients without any risk of bacteria. Combined with light walking, it keeps you quite active.

Oh absolutely, they are a lifesaver when those random hunger pangs hit. I used to make well-cooked vegetable omelets with a bit of cheese during my third trimester. Tasty also and healthy too, just avoid running yolks!

Eggs are good, but if you have thyroid issues during pregnancy like I did, you have to be extra careful with your overall diet plan. Make sure you are checking your TSH levels every month and running your diet past your endocrinologist.

Honestly, I used to panic thinking even one egg would cause too much 'garmi' in the body, as my relatives kept telling me. But my doctor laughed and said it's totally safe. I ate them regularly and had a very healthy baby, so don't stress!

I was also wondering about this since I am in my first month. Are we supposed to eat both the white and the yolk, or is the yolk too heavy? If anyone can guide me on this, that would be really sweet.

My wife's gynac explained that eggs contain choline which is vital for the baby's brain development. She recommended two fully cooked eggs daily. Just make sure they are super fresh and never consume raw batter or runny eggs.

I had a very sensitive pregnancy and my doctor made me cut out anything that could cause stomach upset. While eggs are healthy, they can sometimes cause severe indigestion or gas for some. Better to have a quick chat with your doctor before eating them regularly.
