Are digital pregnancy tests accurate?

My period is a few days late, and I'm really anxious. I'm thinking of buying a digital pregnancy test, but I'm not sure if they are reliable. How accurate are these digital tests usually?

They are quite accurate because they measure the exact hormone levels, just like how we rely on digital glucose monitors. However, make sure to test with your first morning urine for the most precise result.

Yes, they are very accurate and save you from squinting at faint lines on cheap strips. My tip is to wait till the day of your missed period to test; testing too early can sometimes give a false negative even with digital ones.

They are definitely accurate, and thank god they exist! Back in my day, we had to stare at those tiny faint lines like we were solving a complex mystery. If it says pregnant, believe it and call your doctor.

Look, they are highly reliable because they literally write 'Pregnant' or 'Not Pregnant' on the screen, leaving no confusion. But don't waste money testing every second day. Just wait for your period date to pass, then test once.

I used a digital test during my pregnancy and it gave me a clear positive result two days before my missed period. For me, it worked perfectly and saved me a lot of second-guessing.
