Are chemical pregnancy common?

My husband and I are trying to conceive, and I recently had a very early miscarriage, which the doctor called a chemical pregnancy. I'm worried; are chemical pregnancies common?

Yes, they are actually extremely common, often happening before a woman even realizes she is pregnant.

They are very common, accounting for a large percentage of early pregnancy losses. Because they happen so early, many people just mistake them for a late period. If you are experiencing any severe pain or heavy bleeding, please consult a doctor immediately.

My gynecologist explained that chemical pregnancies make up almost 50-75% of all miscarriages. They usually happen because of chromosomal issues during early cell division. It is a very common biological event, and it doesn't mean you can't have a healthy pregnancy in the future.

Haan na, they are very common actually. Many times we don't even know it happened because we think it is just a normal delayed period. It is sad, but it is nature's way and very common, so please don't lose hope.

Haan, they are actually quite common, na. People only realize it now because modern pregnancy tests are so sensitive and catch it very early. Don't stress too much, just talk to your doctor for peace of mind.
