Are cashews good for pregnancy?

I'm pregnant and looking for healthy snack options that provide good nutrients. Are cashews good for pregnancy? I want to make sure I'm eating right for my baby.

They are packed with protein and nutrients which are great during this phase. My wife used to have a few of them for quick energy before our light evening walks. Just keep moving and stay active with basic stretching if your doc has cleared you for light exercise.

In our house, when my daughter-in-law was expecting, the grandmothers wanted to feed her a whole sack of nuts daily! Joking aside, cashews are good for strength but balance is key. Otherwise, handling pregnancy gas and indigestion along with weight gain will become a whole different exercise program.

I just delivered my baby boy three months ago, so I can tell you from fresh experience! I ate 4 to 5 cashews almost every morning with my breakfast. They really helped with those sudden energy slumps and kept me full, just don't overdo it because they can be a bit heavy on the stomach.

Listen, dry fruits are good but don't eat them like popcorn. Limit it to a small handful daily. If you feel any heat or stomach upset, stop immediately and ask your gynaecologist. Simple.

Actually yaar, my sister had cashews throughout her second trimester. They are great for folic acid and iron, which are super important. Just buy the normal unroasted ones and don't get the masala or salted ones because they can cause water retention, you know?
