Are carrots good for pregnancy?

My gynaecologist mentioned eating plenty of vegetables during pregnancy. I'm in my second trimester and wondering if carrots are a particularly good choice. Someone told me they are very healthy.

I was so paranoid during my pregnancy and washed every carrot like five times because of soil bacteria fears. But carrots are actually amazing for the baby's eye development because of vitamin A. Just wash them really thoroughly or peel them properly before eating, and you'll be perfectly fine!

My mother-in-law insisted I eat carrots daily for a healthy complexion for the baby. When I asked my gynecologist, she smiled and said it's actually great for the baby's vision and immune system. Just ensure they are cleaned well to avoid any infections.

Oh, carrots are absolutely fantastic during pregnancy! 🥕 They are packed with beta-carotene which is super good for your little one. Plus, they make a great crunchy snack when you have those weird mid-day cravings!

Gajar khana toh bahut accha hota hai garbhwati mahilaon ke liye. Isse khoon bhi badhta hai aur bacche ko bhi poora poshan milta hai. Aap ise kacha khaiye ya halka ubaal kar sabzi banakar khaiye, bahut fayda karega.

I totally get it, you question every single thing you eat during these nine months out of worry. But rest assured, carrots are incredibly safe and healthy. They help with digestion too, which is a lifesaver when you deal with pregnancy constipation.
