Are at home workouts effective for weight loss?

With my busy schedule, I find it hard to go to the gym. I've been doing some workout videos at home, but I'm not sure if they are enough for proper weight loss. Can home workouts really help shed kilos?

Yes, absolutely! I lost 5 kgs just doing YouTube dance workouts and bodyweight exercises in my living room. Just stay consistent and have fun with it, you don't need fancy gym equipment at all!

They work, but only if you stop eating chole bhature right after! Honestly, I do 30 minutes of home cardio so that I can enjoy my weekly biryani guilt-free. It is all about balance, you can't out-train a bad diet.

Haan bilkul, kaam toh karte hain na. Maine lockdown mein sirf ghar pe skipping aur push-ups karke 8 kilo kam kiya tha. Gym jana hi sab kuch nahi hota, bas daily thoda sweat out karna zaroori hai.

They can work, but you need to be careful. Many people follow random high-intensity workouts online and end up injuring their knees or back. Better to consult a physiotherapist or trainer to understand what suits your body structure first.

Bro, they definitely work if you actually push yourself. I bought a pair of dumbbells and do intense home workouts 4 times a week. Combined with a clean high-protein diet, I got great results without stepping into a gym.
