This is a bit of a philosophical question, but one that many in my congregation often ask. From a spiritual and perhaps even a medical perspective on consciousness after death, will we still need to sleep in heaven, or will there be no need for rest?

My daughter asked me this exact thing once! I told her, 'In heaven, you'll be so happy you won't need to sleep.' It's a sweet thought, but more important to ensure you sleep well here on Earth, beta.
