Will piles just go away?

I've had a minor case of piles for a few weeks, and it's not too bad, but definitely there. I'm trying to eat more fibre and drink water. Will they just resolve on their own if I keep up with a good diet, or do I need to do something more specific?

I've been wondering about this too! Sometimes small issues just disappear, but piles seem like they might need a bit more effort, right? Like, can you just ignore them and they'll vanish, or do you always have to do something active to get rid of them? It's confusing.

Initially, I panicked a lot, thinking it was a huge problem. But turns out, if they are mild, many piles do actually shrink and go away with simple things like a high-fiber diet, drinking plenty of water, and not straining. But if they're severe, you'll definitely need medical help. Don't just suffer in silence!

Oh, if only all our problems, including piles, would just pack their bags and leave! Small ones, yes, with care and fiber they can resolve. But the bigger, more stubborn ones? They need a bit more coaxing, or sometimes, a doctor's intervention. It's not always a 'poof, gone' situation.

If piles just magically disappeared, there would be a lot fewer uncomfortable people in the world, and my grandad wouldn't complain about them every Diwali! Ha. Jokes aside, small ones might go with home remedies, but the stubborn ones need a doctor. Don't wait for magic, get some professional help if needed!

Hey, don't stress too much! For minor piles, especially if they just started, they often do go away on their own with some good home care – lots of water, fiber, and avoiding straining. But if they're painful or persistent, you really should see a doc. It's better to get it checked than worry.

For very mild cases, with increased fiber and fluid intake, and avoiding prolonged sitting or straining, piles *can* resolve on their own. However, more advanced or painful piles usually require medical attention or procedures to properly go away. Don't waste time self-treating if it's severe; consult a doctor for efficient resolution.
