Will my alarm go off in sleep mode?

My phone is always on sleep mode to save battery at night. Just want to make sure my alarm will still go off in the morning, because I can't afford to miss my college lectures.

Yes, generally alarms are designed to bypass 'sleep mode' or 'Do Not Disturb' settings on most phones. This is so that important wake-up calls are not missed. It's a good practice to ensure sound sleep, and the alarm will gently bring you back to awareness. Just ensure your alarm volume is set.

My son always puts his phone on silent or 'sleep mode' and I worry he'll miss school! But usually, alarms are set to override those modes. Just make sure to check your phone's specific settings, as different brands can have slightly different options. It's a small check for peace of mind.

Bro, if you mean 'Do Not Disturb' mode, then yes, usually your alarms will still go off. There's an option in most phones to allow alarms to override DND. Always double check your phone settings, especially before a big exam or something, don't wanna miss it!

From my experience with different phones, alarms usually do ring even in sleep mode or 'Do Not Disturb'. It's meant to be a priority notification. However, phone settings can vary a lot, so I wouldn't be overconfident. It's always best to quickly check your specific phone's sound settings or try a test alarm, just to be absolutely sure.

Don't worry, in most smartphones, the alarm function is designed to override 'sleep mode' or 'Do Not Disturb' settings. So, your alarm should definitely go off. Just to be safe, quickly test it once by setting a short alarm. It's a common feature for a reason!
