Will milk help stomach pain?

I'm having a really bad stomach ache right now, and my grandma always used to give me milk for it. Does drinking milk actually help soothe stomach pain, or is it just an old wives' tale?

Honestly, relying on milk for stomach pain is a hit or miss. If it's just mild indigestion, maybe. But if it's anything persistent, it's a waste of time and could even worsen things if you're sensitive to dairy. Better to stick to simple, easily digestible foods and see a doc if it doesn't resolve quickly.

Ah, stomach pain, the enemy of good food! For some, milk can actually make stomach pain worse, especially if you're lactose intolerant or it's acidity. For others, a little cold milk might soothe it temporarily. It really depends on the cause of the pain, better to figure that out!

It really depends on why you have stomach pain. For some, milk can make acidity worse, for others it might provide a temporary coating. If stomach issues are frequent, please get it checked. For thyroid patients, gut health is also important, so regular checkups are key.

Stomach pain can be so unsettling, I totally understand that worry. Sometimes a little cold milk might feel soothing, but for many, especially if there's acidity or lactose intolerance, it can actually make it worse. It's better to figure out the actual cause rather than just treating symptoms, it will ease your mind.

Be very careful with stomach pain. Milk might give temporary relief to some, but for others, it can cause more gas or acidity. I had some stomach issues that I tried home remedies for, and it just got worse. Please, if the pain is severe or recurring, see a doctor to avoid complications.

For stomach pain, milk can sometimes provide a temporary coating, but it really depends on the cause. If it's acidity, it might help briefly, but if it's intolerance, it could worsen. With high BP, we need to be mindful of diet and overall health, so persistent pain should always be checked by a doctor, not just self-treated.
