Will kidney pain go away on its own?

I've been experiencing a dull ache in my kidney area for a few days. It's not unbearable, but it's definitely there. I'm hoping it's just a temporary thing, so I wanted to ask if kidney pain usually goes away on its own or if I should be concerned.

I had kidney pain once, and it was excruciating! I waited a bit, thinking it would pass, but it only got worse. Turns out it was a kidney stone. It definitely did NOT go away on its own. I needed medication and eventually passed it. So please, if you have kidney pain, don't just wait. See a doctor immediately. It could be something serious.

With thyroid, I've learned that you can't ignore symptoms. Kidney pain is a serious sign and usually indicates an underlying issue like stones, infection, or other kidney problems. It's highly unlikely to just go away on its own without identifying and treating the cause. Please get it checked by a doctor and have proper tests done.

My son had kidney pain, and as a parent, you can't just hope it disappears. We took him to the doctor, and it turned out to be an infection. He needed antibiotics. Kidney pain is a red flag, meaning something is wrong. You need to see a doctor to get a diagnosis and proper treatment, not just wait for it to magically vanish.

Oh, kidney pain? That's not the kind of guest you just hope will leave your party quietly! 😂 It's usually a sign your kidneys are sending out an SOS. Definitely not something that just 'goes away.' Go see a doctor and find out what's really going on in there before it throws a bigger tantrum!

Hey, don't stress too much, but seriously, kidney pain isn't something you should just ignore. It's usually a sign of something that needs a doctor's attention, like stones or an infection. It almost never goes away on its own and can get worse. So, please, call your doctor ASAP and get it checked!
