Will external piles go on their own?

Been dealing with these external piles for a few weeks now, and it's quite uncomfortable. My wife said they might just go away on their own if I eat fibre. Is that true, or do I need to see a doctor?

With health issues like piles, it's always best to get a proper diagnosis. Just like with my thyroid, I learned that self-diagnosing or waiting it out can sometimes make things complicated. It's important to consult a doctor, they might suggest some basic tests or lifestyle changes. Don't delay your check-up.

Not really. External piles, especially if they're causing pain or bleeding, need proper medical attention. They might shrink a bit with home care, but the underlying issue remains. See a doctor, they'll advise on creams, diet, or in some cases, minor procedures. Don't self-diagnose and wait it out.

No, please don't assume they'll just disappear. Any lump or discomfort needs to be checked by a doctor. It's better to be safe and rule out anything serious, or get treatment early. My policy is always 'get it checked' for any new health concern. Take care.

While sometimes minor issues might resolve, with piles it's better to consult a doctor sooner than later. Waiting can make it worse and then treatment might be more expensive. A simple consultation won't cost much and can save you from bigger problems down the line. Plan for it, it's important.

Please, for things like piles, don't trust everything you read online about them going away on their own. The internet is full of remedies that might not work or even be harmful. Always, always, get a doctor's opinion. They are the only reliable source for health issues.

From a fitness perspective, gut health and fiber intake are super important to prevent piles. While a healthy lifestyle can help manage symptoms, if you already have external piles, just diet and exercise might not make them disappear. A doctor can guide you best on what's needed along with good habits.

Yaar, actually, sometimes small ones might reduce a bit with proper diet and water, but mostly, external piles don't just 'go away'. You should definitely see a doc, they'll prescribe some cream or suggest simple solutions. Don't ignore it, it can get quite uncomfortable later.
