Will digestive enzymes help with weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight, and someone at my gym suggested taking digestive enzymes, saying they help with weight loss. Is this true, or is it just another fad?

Hmm, spending on digestive enzymes just for weight loss might not be the most cost-effective solution. Focus on a balanced diet and regular exercise first. Those are free and proven! Save your money for things that really work, or essential tests if needed.

Generally, digestive enzymes help with digestion, not directly with weight loss. It's a different mechanism.

No, beti. Digestive enzymes are for people who have trouble breaking down food, not for losing weight. For weight loss, you need to eat less and move more. Don't fall for these quick fixes, they rarely work.

I totally get wanting to find an easy solution for weight loss; it's a hard journey for many. But usually, digestive enzymes are for improving digestion if you have an issue, not primarily for shedding kilos. Don't get disheartened, focus on consistent healthy habits.

If digestive enzymes helped with weight loss, I'd be popping them like candy! 😂 But seriously, they're more for people with digestion problems. For weight loss, sadly, it's still good old 'eat less, move more'. No shortcuts, yaar!
