Will a bladder infection cause a fever?

I've been feeling feverish along with some burning sensation while peeing. My mom thinks it's a bladder infection. Can a bladder infection actually cause a fever?

Honestly, bladder infections can sometimes cause a low-grade fever, especially if they're severe or have spread. It's really best to see a doctor if you suspect one. Don't delay.

Dude, yeah, it can. My friend had a bad one last year and he was proper shivering with fever. Don't just sit on it, get it checked out quick.

Yes, a bladder infection, especially if it moves to the kidneys, can definitely cause a fever. I've had it happen. Drink plenty of water and see a doctor ASAP for antibiotics. Don't try to manage it on your own.

Oh no, I've been feeling feverish too and worried it's a UTI. Has anyone else experienced fever with it? I'm so scared it's something serious.

Haan, it's possible for a bladder infection to give you a fever, especially if it gets severe. It's your body telling you something. Please go see a doctor soon, don't wait for it to get worse, okay?
