Why stroke are on the rise?

My father recently had a stroke, and it seems like almost every week I hear about someone else, even younger people, having one. It's really concerning to see this trend. Why do strokes seem to be on the rise these days?

Bhai, it's mostly our lifestyle. High BP, diabetes, cholesterol, stress, less exercise – all these are increasing. Plus, our food habits have changed a lot, too much junk food. So, it's not surprising strokes are becoming more common. Need to get serious about health.

In our younger days, people were more active, ate simple home-cooked food. Now, with all the fast food and desk jobs, people are getting diseases much earlier. High sugar, high blood pressure, these are silent killers that lead to things like stroke. It's a wake-up call to change our habits, beta.

It's worrying, especially seeing younger people affected. My uncle had a stroke, and it was a huge wake-up call for our family to focus on health. I think the rising numbers are due to our sedentary lifestyles and diet. We need to teach our children healthy habits from a young age so they don't face these issues later.

From a diet perspective, the increase in highly processed foods, unhealthy fats, and refined sugars in our diets contributes significantly. These lead to high cholesterol, obesity, and diabetes, all major risk factors for stroke. A balanced vegetarian diet, rich in whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, can really help in prevention.

As a working professional, I see so many people around me with high stress and irregular routines. Lack of exercise, processed foods, and late-night work hours are becoming the norm. These factors all contribute to conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes, which are major stroke risks. It's tough to balance, but we need to prioritize health for long-term productivity, even if it means small daily changes.

Ho na, I also feel strokes are increasing. It's all because of our bad lifestyle choices. Stress, processed food, no exercise. Pehle log kitne active the. Abhi sabko tension hai, sab unhealthy khate hain. Isliye body pe effect hota hai. Health ka dhyaan rakhna bahut zaroori hai.

Don't stress too much, but yeah, it's a real issue. I think it's mostly because of our modern lifestyle – too much sitting, eating unhealthy stuff, and constant stress. Everyone's running after money, forgetting about health. Small changes like walking daily and eating ghar ka khana can make a big difference, honestly.
