Why pain in shoulders?

My shoulders have been aching a lot recently, especially after I wake up in the morning. I don’t remember doing any heavy work or injury. Is it related to my sleeping posture or something else entirely?

Shoulder pain can be really bothersome. Hope it's nothing serious and you find some relief soon. Maybe some rest or gentle stretching could help.

Oh, shoulder pain can be a real nuisance. I had it for months last year. For me, it was bad posture from sitting at my desk too much and also carrying a heavy laptop bag on one side. Try to pay attention to your posture, do some light stretches, and maybe use a hot compress. If it doesn't get better in a few days, definitely see a physio or doctor.

Yaar, shoulder pain is so common nowadays, actually. Especially if you're working on a laptop for long hours or always on your phone looking down. Could be muscle strain, bad posture, or even a pinched nerve sometimes. Thoda rest lo, maybe some heat pack. But if it's really bothering you, better to get it checked by a doc, no?

I totally get it, shoulder pain can be debilitating and affect everything from lifting things to sleeping. It's such a common complaint. It could be anything from a simple muscle strain, a rotator cuff injury, or even referred pain from your neck. Observing when it hurts and what makes it better or worse can give clues, but a doctor's opinion is always best.

Haan, shoulder mein dard kaafi logon ko hota hai. Mostly toh bad posture ya thoda over-exertion se hota hai. Ya phir agar gym mein kuch heavy utha liya. Thoda rest le lo, aur garam patti laga ke dekho. Agar theek na ho, toh doctor ko dikha dena, na.
