Why my legs pain?

I've been experiencing a lot of pain in my legs, especially after a long day at work. Sometimes it feels like a dull ache, other times it’s quite sharp. My wife says it's probably just tiredness, but it's getting worse.

Leg pain can be tricky. For me, with diabetes, I have to be careful as it can sometimes be nerve-related. But it could also be simple muscle fatigue from too much standing or walking, or even dehydration. Always check your sugar levels and mention any new pains to your doctor.

Oh, that sounds uncomfortable. Is it like a dull ache or a sharp pain? I sometimes get leg cramps after a long day, but not full-on pain. Does it happen all the time, or only after certain activities?

Haan, leg pain can be quite annoying, na? Sometimes it's just because of standing too much or not drinking enough water. Or maybe you did some extra walking? But if it's staying for long, then you should get it checked, yaar.

Leg pain is often due to overuse, muscle strain, or maybe nutrient deficiencies like potassium or magnesium. I found that staying hydrated, doing regular stretches, and wearing comfortable shoes made a big difference. But if it's persistent, sharp, or comes with swelling, don't delay seeing a doctor.
