I've been hearing a lot of alarming news lately about younger people dying of heart attacks. It's really concerning. Why are more young people seemingly getting heart attacks now?

Haan, I also see this news and feel worried for the young generation. Too much stress, always on the phone, no proper sleep, and eating outside food mostly. Our elders used to say eat ghar ka khaana, walk in the morning, and do not take too much tension. Maybe we should go back to some of those simple things.

It's a really concerning trend. Factors like high stress levels from demanding jobs, sedentary lifestyles, unhealthy diets rich in processed foods, and increased prevalence of smoking or vaping even among youth, all contribute. Genetic predisposition also plays a role. It's best to consult a cardiologist for regular checkups and personalized advice.

Yaar, if I knew, I'd sell the secret! Maybe it's all the biryani I ate in my youth, catching up to them now? Kidding, but seriously, too much screen time, no exercise, and that constant pressure to 'succeed' is probably burning them out faster than us. Wish I could tell them to chill a bit.

This is very scary to hear. If you have any family history of heart issues or if you feel any discomfort, even mild, please, please get it checked. Don't take any chances. Early detection can save lives. It's better to be overly cautious than regret later.

I've been wondering about this too, it's quite alarming. Is it really just lifestyle, or could there be other factors that are not so obvious? Like maybe environmental things or something from childhood? It makes me think about my own habits a lot.

I have high BP myself, and my doctor always stresses on regular checkups, managing stress, eating healthy, and regular exercise. For young people, I think the stress of modern life and not taking care of their body is catching up. Don't ignore symptoms, and get your BP and cholesterol checked regularly.
