Why is rectal cancer on the rise?

I read an alarming article about rectal cancer, and it mentioned that cases are increasing, especially among younger people. My father had it many years ago. Why is rectal cancer on the rise now, even among younger age groups?

Arre baap re, yeh sun kar dukh hota hai. Shayad ab log bahut ulta pulta khaate hain na, bahar ka. Aur tension bhi bohot hai sabko. Paani kam peete hain, exercise bhi nahi karte. Yeh sab mil jul kar sehat kharab karta hai. Hum toh ghar ka khaana aur dahi khaate hain.

Yeah, I've heard about this too, it's a bit scary. I think it's probably because of our diets getting worse, like too much processed food and not enough fiber. Plus, maybe people aren't as active as before. Not good, man. Gotta change habits.

Every illness has its reasons, some we understand, some are divine will. But we must do our part. Living simply, eating mindfully, and maintaining inner peace helps. And when unwell, trusting the doctors. We must take care of this body, it is a temple.

It's concerning to hear about any cancer rising. There are likely many factors like diet, lifestyle, and even genetics. The most important thing is not to ignore any symptoms like changes in bowel habits or blood. Please, if you notice anything unusual, get it checked by a doctor right away. Early detection is critical.

Hey! Don't stress too much about the big picture, but it's true, lifestyle choices are a huge part of it. Think less junk food, more fiber, stay active. And seriously, if you ever feel anything weird down there, just get it checked, okay? No shame in it, better safe than sorry!

I read somewhere that it's because of changing diets, more processed foods, less fiber, and maybe sedentary lifestyles? Also, some research suggests a link with obesity and excessive red meat consumption. It's a bit worrying, makes you think about what you're eating.
