Why is my pain tolerance so low?

Even a small cut or a slight bump causes me a lot of pain, and I find it really hard to tolerate. My friends say I'm too sensitive. Is it possible to have naturally low pain tolerance?

Pain tolerance varies a lot person to person, it's a mix of genetics, psychology, and even past experiences. If you feel yours is unusually low, it's worth discussing with a doctor. They can check for underlying conditions or suggest pain management techniques. Don't compare yourself to others.

Arey yaar, same here na! Some people just feel pain more sharply, haan? It's not a weakness. Maybe stress, sleep, even some vitamin deficiencies can affect it. Best to talk to a doc once, see if there's anything to improve. Don't be too hard on yourself.

If you are concerned about your pain tolerance, it's always safest to consult a medical professional. Sometimes, underlying health conditions or deficiencies can affect how we perceive pain. Don't self-diagnose or compare, just get a doctor's opinion for clarity.

Maybe your body just wants to tell you to treat it better, like with a nice warm gulab jamun! 😉 But jokes apart, pain tolerance is tricky. Ensure you're eating well and getting enough nutrients. Still, a doctor's visit is always the best recipe for understanding your body.

It's common to feel that way. Stress and lack of sleep can really make pain feel worse. Try to manage those.
