Why is my heart rate high when i sleep?
My smartwatch shows that my heart rate is quite high while I'm sleeping, sometimes even above 90 bpm. During the day it's normal. Is this something to worry about or just a common thing?

Haan, sometimes heart rate high ho sakti hai sleep mein. Maybe you had a heavy dinner? Ya phir stress bhi ho sakta hai. Na, don't worry too much but if it's consistent, then consult a doctor. They can advise you best.
Oh, I had this exact issue last year! My doctor told me it could be sleep apnea, or sometimes just anxiety before bed. Cutting down on caffeine and alcohol in the evenings really helped me. Also, maintaining a cool, dark room for sleep. Definitely get it checked by a doctor though.
From my personal experience, sometimes when I'm stressed or had too much caffeine late in the day, my heart rate stays a bit elevated even when I'm trying to sleep. I'm not a doctor, so I can only tell you what I've noticed in myself. If you're concerned, a medical professional is the best person to ask.
Yaar, high heart rate while sleeping sounds a bit off, na? Actually, sometimes if you eat too much just before bed, ya phir kuch stressful news dekhi ho, it can happen. But if it's regularly happening, then it's better to show a doctor. Don't ignore it.
