Why is my eczema getting worse?

My eczema has been getting worse lately, even with the creams I usually use. The patches are spreading and feeling more inflamed. I'm trying to avoid scratching, but it's so hard.

Hmm, I've been reading up on eczema for a friend, and it seems like even small things like hard water or specific detergents can make a big difference. Are you maybe using any new products or changed your laundry detergent lately? Sometimes it's the little things we overlook.

Arre yaar, eczema bahut pareshan karta hai na? Sometimes weather change se bhi ho jata hai, ya stress se. Hafta bhar se zyada ho gaya toh pakka doc ko dikha do, they might change your cream ya kuch aur suggest karenge.

Any skin condition that gets worse needs professional attention. Don't delay, please get it checked by a dermatologist. It's better to be safe and understand the cause than to let it get complicated.

Look, eczema worsening means your current routine isn't cutting it, or there's a new trigger. Could be diet, weather, or stress. Get a dermatology appointment, they'll adjust your treatment. Don't just suffer.

Eczema getting worse means something is irritating it. You need to identify triggers. My doc at Apollo told me to maintain a detailed log of diet, stress, and products. Take all that info to your dermatologist and ask them directly what could be changing.
