Why is my apple watch not tracking my sleep?

I bought an Apple Watch hoping to track my sleep better, but it's just not working properly. I wear it every night, but the data is always incomplete or just wrong. Why is my Apple Watch not tracking my sleep accurately?

Hmm, this is a technical issue, not really a health one, but sometimes sleep tracking can be tricky. Maybe check your watch settings or the app permissions. For actual sleep quality concerns, always consult a sleep specialist, my doc at Breach Candy always says to ask them clearly.

Oh, my Apple Watch also behaves like that sometimes, I think it's just as tired as I am! 😅 Have you checked if it's updated, or if your sleep schedule is set correctly in the Health app? Technology, like my own body, needs regular updates and a proper schedule!

Oh no, that would make me so anxious if my watch wasn't tracking! I'd be wondering if something was wrong with my sleep or the watch. Maybe restart both your phone and watch? Sometimes a simple reboot fixes these tech issues. Hope it starts working soon!

I had this exact problem! Usually, it's about making sure your watch is tight enough but not too tight, and the 'Sleep' focus mode is on. Also, check if you're charging it close to bedtime. Mine was often out of battery by morning. Simple things usually fix it.

This sounds like a technical glitch with the device itself. Make sure all your settings are correct and the software is updated. While it's not a health emergency, for any actual concerns about your sleep health, please get it checked by a sleep specialist, not just rely on a gadget.
