Why in the morning i feel like vomiting?

Sometimes, when I wake up in the morning, I feel quite nauseous and like I might vomit, even if I haven't eaten anything yet. It usually passes after an hour or so. Is this normal, or what could be causing me to feel like vomiting in the morning?

Morning nausea can be tricky. Have you tried a very light breakfast, like a banana or some dry toast, right when you wake up? Also, if a doc says it's okay, a short, brisk walk in the morning fresh air can sometimes help settle the stomach and boost circulation. But consult first!

Feeling nauseous in the morning is not ideal. It could be linked to various factors like diet, sleep patterns, or even sometimes blood sugar issues. If it's bothering you often, please get a general checkup done. It's always good to keep track of your health.

Yaar, morning sickness can be for so many reasons, actually. Acid reflux is a big one, or even stress. Sometimes just having a small biscuit before getting out of bed helps. But if it's persistent, pls get it checked, could be anything.

Morning vomiting sensation really needs a doctor's opinion. Don't guess with your health. When you go, explain clearly to your doctor when it started, how often, and if anything makes it better or worse. They will do necessary tests and guide you properly.

Sometimes an empty stomach can cause this feeling, my grandmother used to say. So, having a small piece of jaggery or a few nuts right after waking up might help. But, if this is happening regularly, it's always wise to consult a good doctor to know the actual reason. Don't ignore your body's signals.
