Why hasn't cancer been cured?

With so many advancements in science and medicine, it always puzzles me why cancer, which affects so many people, still hasn't been completely cured. Is there a fundamental reason for this, despite all the research happening?

Yaar, it's not one disease, actually. Cancer is like a hundred different diseases, all with different causes and ways they grow. Plus, cancer cells are basically our own cells gone rogue, so it's hard to kill them without hurting healthy cells. It's super complex, that's why.

Beta, it's a very difficult disease, and it takes so many forms. They are making so much progress now, compared to when I was young, with new treatments coming out all the time. While there isn't one 'cure' for all cancers yet, many can be managed or even cured if caught early. Don't lose hope.

Cancer isn't a single illness; it's a group of over 100 diseases. Each type has unique genetic mutations and behaves differently. The complexity of targeting rogue cells without harming healthy ones, and the ability of cancer cells to adapt and resist treatment, makes finding a universal cure incredibly challenging. It's a continuous battle of research.

It's because cancer is so tricky and behaves differently in everyone. My uncle had a rare form, and it was hard to treat. The biggest issue is when people ignore early signs, thinking it's nothing. Early detection is key, that's why regular checkups are so important. Don't ever ignore persistent symptoms!

I totally get why this question comes up, it's heartbreaking when you hear about it. The thing is, cancer isn't just one disease, it's many. And our own body cells are involved, just gone wrong. It makes it so hard to target without harming healthy parts. There's a lot of research, and things are improving, but a single 'cure' is a huge challenge.

Putra, this disease is very powerful and takes many forms. Our ancient texts also speak of ailments of the body that are hard to overcome. While doctors are trying their best, we must remember that nature also plays a part. Eating pure food and living a peaceful life can strengthen the body, but for such serious diseases, always follow the doctor's words.

Haan, it's a sad truth na? The main reason is that cancer cells are basically our own cells only, but they become abnormal. So, finding something that kills them but not our good cells is super difficult. Plus, every cancer is different, and they even change over time. Research is going on, but it's a very complex problem.
