Why does my scalp pain?

My scalp has been feeling very tender and painful to touch for the past week. It's not itchy, just a constant soreness, especially when I comb my hair. What could be causing this scalp pain?

Scalp pain? Ugh, maybe your scalp is just hungry for some good oil massage or a fancy hair spa! (Just kidding, mostly!) But seriously, sometimes dryness or product buildup can cause it. Hope it's nothing too serious!

Scalp pain can be from so many things, from tight hairstyles to infections or even stress. Don't just pick a random remedy from the internet. It's best to consult a dermatologist or a doctor to get a proper diagnosis and treatment. Don't experiment with your skin and hair.

Arre, scalp mein dard? Haan, yeh toh annoying hota hai na. Kabhi-kabhi dandruff se bhi hota hai ya bahut tight ponytail. Par agar zyada ho, ya bumps vagera hain, toh doc ko dikha dena. Aise mat ignore karna.

Hey! Don't stress too much, but scalp pain is super uncomfortable. Could be dryness, or a bad shampoo, or even just tight hair. Try a gentle massage with some coconut oil. But if it persists or you see redness, best to see a dermatologist, okay? Take care!

Bro, scalp pain? I get that sometimes if I haven't washed my hair for a few days, or if my helmet is too tight. Feels like my hair roots are sore. Try washing your hair with a mild shampoo and don't tie it too tight. If it's really bad, see a doc.

Scalp pain can often be linked to tension in the neck and shoulders, or even stress. Gentle head massages can improve blood circulation and release tension. Try some calming breathing exercises (pranayama) to relax your body and mind, it might help alleviate the pain too.
