Why does my head pain all the time?

My head has been aching almost constantly for the past few weeks. It's not severe, but it's always there, a dull throb. I've tried taking pain relievers, but they only help for a little while.

Dude, 'all the time' sounds intense. Are you super stressed with studies or something? Or maybe just staring at screens too much? For me, sometimes it's just not enough water. But if it's constant, that's not normal. Definitely get it checked, yaar.

Oh my god, 'all the time' sounds so worrying. Do you also feel dizzy or nauseous with it? I get anxious with even small pains, so I can only imagine how you're feeling. Has anyone else here had constant head pain, and what did you do?

I suffered from constant headaches for months, thought it was just stress from work. Turns out I had severe vitamin D deficiency and also needed new glasses. After I sorted those out, and started doing regular meditation, the headaches completely stopped. Please don't ignore it, get proper diagnosis.

I really regret ignoring a recurring stomach ache once, thinking it was just indigestion, and it turned into something much more complicated. Constant head pain is serious and needs immediate attention. Please, get it checked by a doctor. Don't make the mistake I made.

Constant head pain is a red flag, period. It's not normal to be in pain all the time. Don't self-diagnose or rely on internet remedies. Book an appointment with a neurologist or a good general physician ASAP. You need professional medical advice here, not guesses.
