Why does my eczema flare up in the summer?

Every summer, my eczema comes back with a vengeance, no matter what I do. The heat and sweat make it so much worse. Does anyone have tips for managing eczema during the hot months?

It's so disheartening when you think summer means clear skin, and then eczema decides to crash the party. I totally get how frustrating it can be, especially when everyone else is enjoying the sun. You're not alone in feeling this way, it can really affect your mood.

Yaar, summer is actually tough for eczema. Sweating is a big trigger, na? And then humidity also creates a good environment for bacteria. Plus, maybe you're spending more time outdoors and coming into contact with more allergens. Try to keep skin clean and dry, like post-sweat showers.

Hey, don't stress too much about it! Summer means more sweat, more heat, and maybe more exposure to pollen if you're out a lot. All these can irritate sensitive skin. Just try to keep yourself cool, wear breathable clothes, and keep moisturizing. It'll be okay!

Beta, garmi mein paseena bahut aata hai na? Woh bhi ek wajah ho sakti hai. Nahaate samay neem ke patte daal sakte ho paani mein, ya phir kum se kum thanda paani use karo. Aur hamesha dhyaan rakho, kapde dhile-dhale aur cotton ke pehno. Par agar bahut zyada ho raha hai, toh doctor ko dikhana hi theek hai.
