Why does my dandruff not go away?

My dandruff is so persistent, it's really embarrassing. I've tried multiple anti-dandruff shampoos for months, but nothing seems to make it go away completely. Is there something else I should try or look into?

Hmm, sometimes dandruff can be stubborn. Have you tried a good medicated shampoo with ingredients like ketoconazole or zinc pyrithione? Use it for a few weeks consistently, and make sure you really massage it into your scalp, not just your hair. Rinse well!

Oh, tell me about it! Sometimes I feel like it’s linked to what I eat. When I'm having too much junk or sugary stuff, my scalp feels worse. Try to include more greens and fruits, maybe that'll balance things out. And stay hydrated!

Dandruff is a pain, yaar. I find that stress and not washing my hair enough actually make it worse. Maybe try washing every other day with a mild shampoo and see if that helps. Don't let hair oil sit for too long either.

Bhai, dandruff agar zyada din se nahi jaa raha, toh it's better to show it to a skin doctor. Sometimes it's not just regular dandruff but something else like seborrheic dermatitis. Self-treatment might just delay the actual fix. No point wasting time.

Haha, I used to think my scalp was just trying to grow snow in summer! But seriously, if it's not going, maybe your shampoo needs a break-up? Or perhaps your scalp is just being dramatic. But jokes aside, a dermatologist might have the real tea on why it's sticking around.
