Why do we dream during sleep?

I often have very vivid dreams and sometimes they feel so real. It makes me curious about the whole process. Why do we dream when we're sleeping?

Dreams are thought to be a way for our brains to process emotions, consolidate memories, and even practice responses to threats. It's a complex neurological process happening mostly during REM sleep. Pretty fascinating, honestly.

Hum sapne isiliye dekhte hain kyunki humara dimag din bhar ki cheezein process karta hai. Jo bhi dekha, suna, socha - sab mixed ho ke sapne bante hain. Tension mat lo, normal hai.

Dreams are a part of our sleep cycle, especially REM sleep. From what I understand, they help with emotional regulation and memory. My doctor always emphasizes good sleep for PCOS too, so getting enough quality sleep is key, dreams or no dreams.

I've always had really vivid dreams, and sometimes they feel so real. For me, it feels like my brain is just doing its own thing, sorting through the day's events. I don't really know why, but it's part of how I sleep.

Dude, I think it's just our brain doing a full reset. Like, sometimes I dream about random stuff from my day, sometimes crazy adventures. It's probably just processing everything and making sense of it. Keeps the mind busy, I guess.
