Why do my shoulders hurt when i sleep?

My shoulders have started hurting consistently when I sleep, especially after a long day at work. It feels stiff and sore in the morning. Could it be my pillow or something else?

Oh, this can be quite uncomfortable. My mother always said to apply some warm oil and gently massage it, but honestly, if it's bothering you often, it's best to consult a doctor. They might suggest a better pillow or exercises.

Dude, same! My shoulders sometimes ache after a long day of coding or just sleeping in a weird position. I usually just stretch a bit before bed or try to sleep on my back more. Maybe check your pillow?

Aww, don't stress too much about it! Sometimes it's just how we sleep, ya know? I get it too if I've been on my laptop too long. Maybe try a heating pad before bed, or just a good old hot shower? Hope it gets better!

Yeah, shoulder pain can be annoying. A good mattress and pillow can make a huge difference, trust me.

Don't panic! I used to get this a lot and thought something serious was wrong. Turns out, my pillow was too old and flat. Changed it and the pain almost went away. Sometimes it's a simple fix, but do observe it for a few days.

My shoulder sometimes hurts if I lift weights wrong or sleep without a pillow. I just put a small pillow under my arm sometimes. Helped me. Could be your sleeping posture maybe?

I totally understand how frustrating this can be. I used to wake up with so much pain, it would ruin my whole day. It's not just physical, it affects your mood too. Please don't ignore it.

Ho na, this pain can be quite disturbing. Sometimes it's just the way we lie down, creating pressure. Thoda warm compress laga ke dekho, might give some relief. But if it's constant, doctor ko dikhana accha rahega.

Haan, shoulder pain is common, especially as you get older or if you sit a lot. I remember I had this for a while. Sometimes it's just muscle stiffness. Try to do some gentle rotations during the day. But if it persists, see a good orthopaedic doctor.

It could be several things – poor posture during the day, your mattress, or even how you use your phone. Try to be mindful of your posture. If the pain is severe or constant, it's always best to get a professional opinion, maybe a physio or GP.
