Why do muscles pain after workout?

After a good workout at the gym, I often experience muscle pain the next day. It's usually a dull ache. My trainer says it's normal, but I'm curious about what causes this muscle soreness after exercise.

That's called DOMS, or Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. It's normal after a new or intense workout. It means your muscles are getting stronger. Rest and proper nutrition help a lot.

Oh, that's just your muscles crying out for some good food after all that hard work! Haha! Kidding aside, it's called DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness). It's basically tiny tears in your muscle fibers that repair and grow stronger. So, feed those muscles well with some protein and carbs!

I totally get how that post-workout muscle pain can feel! It's called Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS). It's basically your muscles adapting and rebuilding stronger after the stress of exercise. Those tiny tears and inflammation are part of the process. It's a sign you worked hard!

Ugh, the struggle is real, right? It's called DOMS, Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. It's not lactic acid like some people think, but tiny tears in your muscle fibers from the exercise. It means your muscles are trying to repair themselves and grow stronger. Rest, hydration, and some good protein usually help a lot!

Beta, that pain is a sign that your body is working hard and building strength. It's called 'dukhawa' in our language. Take a warm bath, maybe apply some warm oil gently. And make sure to eat nutritious food. The body needs rest to heal itself after such exertion. But don't push yourself too hard.

That muscle pain, commonly known as DOMS, is usually a good sign that your workout was effective. It means your muscles are adapting. No need for expensive tests or fancy supplements unless the pain is very severe or persistent. Just ensure good rest, hydration, and a balanced diet with enough protein. It's practical and doesn't break the bank.
