Why do men get hard in their sleep?

Sometimes I wake up in the morning and notice that I have an erection, even without any particular thoughts or dreams. My friend said it's normal. Why do men get erections while they are asleep?

Bhai, this is completely normal. It's called nocturnal penile tumescence, or 'morning wood'. It happens during REM sleep. It's a sign of a healthy circulatory system and hormonal balance. Nothing to worry about, just a normal body function. Don't overthink it.

It's a completely normal physiological function, usually happening during REM sleep. It's a good indicator of healthy blood circulation and nerve function. If it doesn't happen at all, then it might be a sign to get a general check-up. Otherwise, nothing to troubleshoot here, it's just the body doing its thing.

Yeah, it's a super normal physiological event called nocturnal penile tumescence. It happens multiple times during REM sleep. It's basically your body's way of keeping things healthy by increasing blood flow. Most health trackers won't track this, but medically, it's seen as a sign of good vascular health.

This is a very common biological process, dear. It happens to men of all ages, even boys. It's a natural way for the body to keep the tissues healthy and ensure good blood flow. My husband has explained it to me. Nothing to be embarrassed or concerned about.

This is a normal biological occurrence, indicating good vascular and nerve health. Like with my thyroid, hormones play a role too. If someone experiences a sudden change or absence of this, it's wise to get it checked out by a doctor, as it could be a sign of an underlying health condition. Regular follow-ups are always good.

Arre, yeh toh prakritik hai, bhaiya. Jaise har subah suraj ugta hai, waise hi aadmiyon ka sharir kaam karta hai. Ismein chinta ki koi baat nahi. Yeh toh bhagwan ki banayi sharirik kriya hai.

This is a very normal thing, it happens to almost all men. It's a sign of good blood flow and hormonal health. If it stops happening, that might be a sign to check with a doctor, as it could indicate an underlying health issue. Don't ignore changes in your body, unlike me who once dismissed something simple and regretted it later.
