Why do i want to sleep all the time?

I just feel like sleeping all the time, even during the day, after a full night's sleep. This constant tiredness is making it difficult to focus on my daily activities. What's going on?

Oh my god, same! My spirit animal is a sloth these days. Honestly, I think my body is just rebelling against adulting. But seriously, it's exhausting, na? I just want to hibernate till next year. Have you checked your iron or Vit D levels?

Ah, the eternal quest for more sleep! As you get older, your body just demands more, or maybe I'm just getting lazy, who knows? 😂 But if it's constant, beyond the usual 'I hate Mondays' feeling, then definitely get it looked into. Could be anything from low energy to something more.

My grandmother would always say a good diet and fresh air are key for energy. But wanting to sleep all the time is more than just feeling tired, no? It is good to trust the doctor's word for these things. Please do get it checked properly.

Hello, I'm new here. When you say 'all the time,' do you mean even after a full night's sleep? Does it affect your daily work? I hope you feel better and find the reason soon.

If you're always sleepy, don't just guess. Go to a good hospital and ask your doctor clearly for a full blood panel including thyroid, B12, Vitamin D. Also, tell them if you snore, because sleep apnea can make you feel constantly tired. Push for proper investigation.

My son used to be like this, just wanting to sleep. We found out he was very low on iron. We adjusted his diet and gave supplements, and he's much better now. It could be something simple like a deficiency, so a blood test might be helpful.

Excessive sleepiness should always be investigated by a medical professional. There could be underlying health conditions that require proper diagnosis and treatment. It's always best to be safe and rule out anything serious.

Constant fatigue isn't normal. Don't self-diagnose. Get a complete blood work done – check thyroid, B12, Vit D, and iron. It's usually one of these. If not, then consider a sleep study to rule out sleep apnea. Be proactive about your health.

Before you try every 'remedy' on the internet, which can be misleading or even harmful, please consult a real doctor. Excessive daytime sleepiness can be a symptom of various medical conditions, and only a professional can diagnose it correctly.

I was in the same boat, constantly tired. My doc found I had sleep apnea. Got a CPAP machine, and now I feel like a new person! So, first step is a doctor to rule out medical conditions like sleep disorders, thyroid issues, or nutrient deficiencies. Don't just dismiss it as laziness.

Bhaiya, it's not good to feel sleepy all the time. Sometimes gaon mein log kehte hain ki khoon ki kami hai. Khana theek se khaana chahiye aur din mein thodi dhoop leni chahiye. Par agar bahut zyaada pareshaani hai, toh doctor babu ko dikha lo, woh sahi salah denge.
