Why do i wake up with back pain?

Lately, I've been waking up with back pain almost every day. It's not severe, but it's uncomfortable and takes a while to loosen up. Could my sleeping position be the cause?

Haha, welcome to the 'my body hates mornings' club! 😂 Seriously though, it could be your mattress plotting against you, or maybe your sleeping position. Try changing positions, or even flipping your mattress. If not, then doc ke paas chale jao, maybe you need an exorcist for your bed! Just kidding, mostly.

Bro, I had this too. For me, it was my old mattress. Changed it, and poof, pain gone! Also, try sleeping on your back with a pillow under your knees. Or on your side with a pillow between your knees. Makes a difference, seriously.

Back pain should not be ignored, especially if it's constant. My neighbour had similar morning pain, and it turned out to be a slipped disc which got worse because she delayed checking it. Please consult an orthopaedic doctor to rule out anything serious.

Hey, I know that feeling, it can really set a bad tone for the day. Don't worry too much, but do look into your sleeping posture and mattress. Sometimes even a small change in pillow can impact your spine alignment. If it persists, definitely get it checked.

Oh, I used to panic like anything when I'd wake up with a stiff back! I thought something major was wrong. Turns out, my pillow was too flat. Changed it to a memory foam one and started doing some light stretches in bed. It's much better now. Don't jump to conclusions, sometimes it's simple stuff!

Ugh, tell me about it, back pain first thing in the morning is the worst! For me, it was definitely my cheap mattress. Also, try doing some gentle stretches before getting out of bed. If it's a persistent thing, maybe get your posture checked by a physio.

Ho na, morning back pain is quite common, especially if you have a desk job. Check your mattress, it's very important. And maybe thoda warm up stretches before getting out of bed. If it's serious, then doc ko dikhao. Take care!
