Why do i sweat so bad in my sleep?

I sweat so badly in my sleep that sometimes my clothes are completely soaked. It's really affecting my sleep quality and I feel quite embarrassed about it.

Oh my, that sounds super uncomfortable! 😩 It's like your body is having a workout while you sleep! Definitely worth checking with a doctor, just to be on the safe side and find out why. Hope you get some relief soon! 🙏

I've been there, waking up drenched, it's really annoying! I tried everything – cooling my room, lighter blankets, even special wicking pajamas. What helped me eventually was reducing stress and cutting down on late-night snacks. But if you've tried everything, a doctor's visit is a good next step.

Try to keep your room cooler, and use light cotton nightwear. Sometimes having very spicy food or alcohol before bed can make you sweat a lot. But if it's very severe and happens consistently, it's best to consult a doctor. They can check if there's any underlying reason.

Bad night sweats? Welcome to my world! My bed looks like I just ran a marathon in my sleep. Maybe our bodies are secretly trying to get fit without us knowing? Or maybe it's just stress making us boil over. Either way, it's a pain!

Excessive night sweats can signal various things like hormonal shifts, infections, or even medication side effects. Don't ignore it, especially if it's severely impacting your sleep. Schedule a general physician visit; they can run basic tests and guide you further. Time is precious, get it checked quickly.

Beti, sometimes our body gets 'garmi' from inside, or maybe you eat too many 'garam' things. Try having a glass of plain water or some cooling fennel seeds before bed. Wear thin cotton clothes. But if it is very bad and regular, you should show it to the doctor, don't ignore it.
