Why do i suddenly have dandruff?

Suddenly, from the last few weeks, I've noticed I have a lot of dandruff. I never had this issue before. My scalp feels itchy all the time now.

Arre beta, this can happen sometimes, don't worry too much. When I was younger, if I changed my shampoo, or if there was a lot of stress, I would also get some dandruff. Just try to use a good mild shampoo and keep your scalp clean. It usually goes away.

Oh, same here! Sometimes out of nowhere, I'll get flakes. For me, it's often due to stress, or if I've been using too many hair products without clarifying. Try a gentle anti-dandruff shampoo for a week or two, and make sure to rinse properly. Also, don't scratch!

Our body reflects our inner state. Perhaps some stress or change in routine is manifesting. Try to calm your mind with meditation, ensure good diet, and gentle care for your scalp. A positive approach often helps the body heal. Be well.

It can be confusing when dandruff appears suddenly. It might be due to a new hair product, changes in weather, or even stress. A gentle anti-dandruff shampoo might help, and make sure you rinse your hair thoroughly.

Bro, my scalp sometimes just decides to rebel! For me, it's often when I've used too much gel or hairspray, or if I don't wash my hair properly after working out. Try a proper hair wash routine and see if it helps.

Before you spend a lot on expensive products or doctor visits, try some basic things. Check if your shampoo is too harsh or if you're not rinsing properly. Sometimes just a change in weather can cause it. If it doesn't go away with simple remedies, then consider seeing a doctor, but plan for the costs.
