Why do i shake after vomiting?

After I throw up, I often find myself shaking uncontrollably for a few minutes. It's a bit unsettling. Is this a normal reaction to vomiting, maybe from the strain or dehydration?

Oh, that shaking feeling can be really unsettling, na? Sometimes it happens if you've been a bit dehydrated or if your sugar levels dip after all that exertion. Try to have some light, easy-to-digest food like a banana or some plain rice once you feel a little better.

Haha, your body is probably just throwing a tantrum after all that drama! It's like it's saying 'Phew, that was close!' Most likely just a bit of exhaustion and dehydration. Drink up and chill out!

Bro, that's just your body reacting to the stress. I've had it happen too, usually when I've eaten something bad. Just try to rest up and drink water. You'll be fine.

Hmm, after vomiting, your body gets really tired and loses a lot of fluids and minerals. That's why you feel weak and shaky. Drink some nimbu paani with a pinch of salt and sugar, or coconut water. It helps balance things quickly.
