Why do i make sounds in my sleep?
My roommate told me I make a lot of sounds when I'm sleeping. It's not snoring, more like little mumbles or sometimes a gasp. Should I be concerned about this, or is it common?

Best not to self-diagnose based on internet posts. Sleep sounds can be many things, from harmless to something that needs looking into. A proper doctor's consultation is the only way to really know what's going on.
Could be as simple as blocked nasal passages, try steaming before bed. Sometimes even sleeping on your back can cause snoring. If it's really loud, or if you feel very tired during the day, then seeing a doctor is a good idea.
Hey, it's okay, many people make sounds in their sleep. It's usually nothing serious. Just make sure you're not overly tired or stressed before bed. If someone is telling you it's really loud or you're waking up feeling unrested, then it's worth checking with a doc.
My husband snores like a train sometimes, lol. For him, it's worse when he's had a really heavy dinner or is super tired. Not sure about medical reasons, but that's what I've observed in our house.
