Why do i keep getting kidney stones?

I've had kidney stones twice in the past three years, and the pain is unbearable. My doctor gave me some dietary advice, but they still seem to come back. Why do I keep getting them?

Oh god, kidney stones are such a pain, ho na? Mere neighbour ko bhi bahut hota tha. Sometimes it's about not drinking enough water, ya fir diet mein kuch gadbad hoti hai. Accha hoga ki doc ko dikha lo, wahi sahi reason bata payenge.

Recurring kidney stones can be due to various reasons like not drinking enough water, high calcium or oxalate in diet, or sometimes even genetic predisposition. It's really important to get a metabolic workup done by a urologist. They can analyse the stone type and suggest specific dietary changes or medication. Don't ignore it.

Dude, kidney stones? That sounds super painful. I heard from a friend who got them that hydration is key. Like, seriously a LOT of water. But yeah, for recurring ones, I guess you gotta see a proper doctor to figure out what's causing it. Can't be fun getting them again and again.

If you're getting them repeatedly, it's not normal. Please go to a reputed hospital and consult a good urologist. Ask them to do a full analysis to understand what type of stones they are and why they are forming. Don't hesitate to ask all your questions clearly, and make sure you get a detailed answer about prevention.

Aww, that's not fun at all! 😞 Keep yourself super hydrated, drink lots and lots of water throughout the day! And definitely consult a doctor, they can help you figure out what's going on and how to stop them. Get well soon! ✨

Oh man, kidney stones? That's rough! Sometimes I wonder if all the spicy chaat and rich food we love in India contribute to these things, haha. But seriously, it's probably not just food. You should get it checked, maybe some ingredient is a trigger for you specifically.

In our homes, elders always say drink plenty of water to flush out impurities. And they talk about buttermilk and tender coconut water too. But when it's recurring stones, it's better not to just rely on home remedies. Please see a good doctor, they will know best to analyse and prevent it.
