Why do i keep getting kidney infections?

My doctor mentioned that I've had multiple kidney infections in the last year, which is really concerning me. I'm careful about hygiene and drinking water. What could be the reason behind these recurring infections?

Repeated kidney infections can be very serious. I ignored mine initially and ended up with complications. Please, please consult a nephrologist or urologist as soon as possible. They need to find the root cause, it could be something like a stone or a structural issue. Don't take it lightly.

Hey, continuous kidney infections are no joke, yaar. Don't stress too much, but definitely get it properly checked out by a urologist. Sometimes it's a recurring UTI that travels up. Drink plenty of water and don't hold your pee! Seriously, go to a doc.

While diet alone won't fix this, staying well-hydrated is crucial for kidney health. Ensure you're drinking enough water, especially plain water. Also, maybe reduce very salty or processed foods. But for recurring infections, a doctor's diagnosis is definitely needed to understand if there's any specific cause.
