Why do i have really bad dandruff?

My scalp has become so itchy and flaky recently, and the dandruff is really bad, like it's much more than usual. Even after washing my hair, it comes back quickly.

I can only share what worked for me. I used to have terrible dandruff too. For me, switching to a sulfate-free shampoo and making sure I rinse my hair very, very thoroughly made a huge difference. Also, not washing my hair every single day helped. Just my experience.

Bad dandruff needs to be tackled head-on. Don't ignore it, it can get worse. Get a good anti-dandruff shampoo with ingredients like Ketoconazole or Selenium Sulfide. Wash your hair properly and don't scratch too much. If it's persistent, see a dermatologist.

Bad dandruff? Are you eating too much spicy food, yaar? Haha, just kidding! But seriously, sometimes diet can affect skin and scalp health. Maybe cut down on oily stuff for a bit. Or maybe try some dahi in your hair, it's an old trick!

Hey, don't stress too much about it! Dandruff is super common, almost everyone deals with it at some point. Could be just dry scalp, or maybe a change in weather. Try an anti-dandruff shampoo for a bit, and don't wash your hair with super hot water. You'll be fine!

Hair and scalp health often reflect our internal health. Are you getting enough vitamins and minerals in your diet, especially B vitamins and zinc? A balanced vegetarian diet can contribute to a healthier scalp. Avoid processed foods and too much sugar, which can sometimes aggravate skin conditions.

Bad dandruff is really irritating! I've tried so many things. What helped me was apple cider vinegar rinse diluted with water, and also massaging warm coconut oil with a few drops of tea tree oil before washing. Make sure your scalp is clean and not too oily or too dry. If it's very persistent, a dermatologist can help a lot.

Bad dandruff can also be related to stress levels, which you can track through many health apps. Also, make sure your hair products aren't causing buildup. If it's persistent, a specialist can recommend specific treatments or products that align with your scalp type.

While dandruff is often benign, *really bad* dandruff that doesn't respond to over-the-counter treatments could be a sign of something like seborrheic dermatitis or even a fungal infection. It's always safest to consult a dermatologist to get a proper diagnosis and the right medicated shampoo.

Yeah, I get bad dandruff too, especially in winter. It's annoying. For me, just using Head & Shoulders regularly works. And make sure your hair is totally dry before you go to sleep, bro. Damp scalp makes it worse.

Ugh, dandruff! As if not sleeping wasn't enough, now my scalp wants to shed like a snake. Probably from all the stress and dry shampoo. Honestly, I just grab whatever anti-dandruff shampoo is on sale and hope for the best. Good luck to both of us!

After a good workout, if you don't wash your hair properly, sweat and oil can build up and worsen dandruff. Make sure you're cleaning your scalp thoroughly after gym. And hydration is key for skin and scalp health, so drink enough water!

Dandruff, another gift from old age, along with grey hair and back pain. Used to just use lime juice back in the day, but now there are all these fancy shampoos. Sometimes it's just the weather, sometimes your scalp is just being dramatic. Try not to scratch too much, you'll make it worse.
